Ya Nold Hot Spring Hotel

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, eg: helped us to look out for suitable night clinic and arranged necessary transportation; as we had no idea where to seek for medical care in a foreign country. Unfortunately that we had to check out one day earlier due to some unforeseen circumstances, they reacted promptly and refunded one day room charge once clarification made through booking.com customer service. The location is very good. The SPA is very good. Because the room in 5F is the same floor for SPA pool, the room is a little bit humid.
